Quick Birthday Card

Hello everyone! Wanted to share a quick card my mom asked me to make. I love making cupcakes on my cricut! they are the cutest! my paper is from my Simon Says Stamps card kits, and the cute lil happy birthday tag and sentiment is from My Creative Time.
